PLOTS AND CAMPING PITCHES
• The stated prices and terms and conditions of this price list apply only to reserved stays. For stays without a reservation, the prices and terms and conditions of the valid reception desk price list shall apply.
• The listed prices are informative.
• Minimum stay is 1 night.
• Maximum stay is 30 nights through online channels.
• Inquiries for stays longer than 30 days must be sent in written form to the e-mail address: pineta@brijunirivijera.hr, and a written confirmation from the campsite/sales department for the reservation in the requested period is mandatory. The same procedure (written inquiry/confirmation) applies to inquiries from walk-in guests for stays longer than 30 days.
• The campsite does not provide an empty plot service.
• VAT is included in the price.
• Tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid at the campsite reception.
• Tourist tax amounts to 1.50 euros from 1 April 2024 to 30 September 2024, while in other periods it is 1.00 euro.
• Tourist tax will not be charged to:
• children up to 12 years old
• persons with a disability of 70% or more and one companion. In this case, it is necessary to submit a valid ID card with a visible level of disability.
• Tourist tax reduced by 50% will be paid by persons aged 12 to 18.
• Check-in is possible after 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
• Check-out must be done by 12:00 (noon) on the day of departure.
• It is possible to reserve the category of a plot at the email address: pineta@brijunirivijera.hr, by phone at: +385 52 521 883, through online channels or directly at the reception desk.
• When completing a reservation, the guest accepts these reservation terms and conditions and the reservation cancellation conditions.
• When making a reservation, the guest is obliged to provide accurate information, whether requested by the reservation centre or by the online reservation system, for him/herself as well as for the persons he/she applies for the trip.
• If more people arrive in the reserved accommodation unit than indicated in the travel documents (reservation confirmation), the campsite has the right to deny accommodation to unannounced guests or to accept all guests with an additional charge for unannounced guests at the campsite reception.
• The campsite undertakes to provide the guest with accommodation in the reserved accommodation unit during the reserved period, except in case of exceptional circumstances (war, riots, strikes, terrorist acts, sanitary disturbances, pandemics, natural disasters, interventions by competent authorities, etc.).
• The campsite can propose changes to the reserved accommodation or cancel the reserved accommodation capacities in whole or in part if before or during the holiday extraordinary circumstances occur that cannot be avoided or eliminated.
• If the guest does not arrive at the reserved accommodation unit by 10:00 p.m. on the day of the start of his/her stay in the campsite, and has not previously notified the campsite reception thereof, the reservation shall be deemed cancelled, and the cancellation costs shall be charged according to the stated reservation cancellation conditions.
• The campsite does not reimburse the guest for the costs incurred to obtain travel documents or visas related to the reservation that the guest is cancelling.
• Pets are allowed to enter and stay at the campsite and to use the accommodation units at the campsite (at extra charge).
• The maximum allowed number of pets is 2.
RESERVATION GUARANTEE
• The reservation fee is 25% of the total price of the reservation. The fee is non-refundable and is calculated in the price of the stay.
• The above fee can only be paid by credit card within 7 days of concluding the reservation contract.
• If the guest does not have a credit card, the reservation fee must be paid within 7 days of concluding the reservation contract by bank transfer to the Company’s bank account with the reservation number specified in the payment reference.
• If the reservation fee is not paid within 7 days from the date of concluding the reservation contract, the reservation shall be deemed cancelled.
• If the pre-reservation of a plot or camping pitch for the next calendar year is made at the campsite reception, it can also be paid in cash (valid only for stays of less than 30 days).
• The price of the plot includes: electricity and water connection, placing one camper/camper trailer or one tent; and one car or motorcycle.
• The price of the camping pitch includes: electricity and water connection, except for the Seaview zone where only electricity connection is included; placing one camper/camper trailer or one tent; and one car or motorcycle.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION - PLOTS AND CAMPING PITCHES
• A credit card is required as a guarantee of arrival.
• In case of cancelling the reservation up to 7 days prior to arrival, the reservation fee is retained in the amount of 25% of the total amount of the reservation.
• In case of cancelling the reservation 6 - 1 day before arrival, your credit card will be charged an additional 10% of the total amount of the reservation in addition to the already retained fee of 25% of the total amount of the reservation.
• In case of NO-SHOW, the total amount of the reservation will be charged without prior cancellation of the reservation.
• In case of early departure, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
• In case of later arrival, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
PLOT NUMBER RESERVATION
• In order to reserve a particular plot number a minimum stay of 7 days is required.
• Mandatory surcharge for reserving a plot number in categories Standard and Comfort amounts to EUR 100.00.
• Mandatory surcharge for reserving a plot number in categories Standard Mare, Comfort Mare and Ulika amounts to EUR 130.00.
• After we confirm your desired plot number, we guarantee the plot is booked on the dates you specified.
• Changing the dates is not possible after completing the reservation of a particular plot number. Once reserved, the plot number cannot be changed without surcharge (subject to availability).
