• The credit card will be charged in the currency displayed on the offer/quotation and the issued invoice.

• Refund to the credit card will be processed under the following conditions:
- Refund requests can be made: refunds are not processed according to the specified reservation terms.
• In case it is not possible to charge the credit card, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

WSPay is a secure system for online payments, providing real-time payment processing, credit and debit card payments, and other payment methods. WSPay ensures secure entry and transmission of card data, confirmed by the PCI DSS certificate it holds. WSPay utilizes 256-bit SSL encryption certificate and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest levels of protection for data entry and transmission.

Protection of personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and Council number 2016/679-Regulation and implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation.
WSPay, as the processor executing authorization and credit card payment, processes personal data as a data processor and handles personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and Council number 2016/679 and strict PCI DSS L1 rules on protecting data entry and transmission.
WSPay uses 256-bit SSL encryption certificate and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest levels of protection for data entry and transmission.
Personal data used for authorization and payment purposes or for fulfilling obligations under the Agreement or based on the Agreement are considered confidential data.
WSPay does not process or use personal data except for the purpose of executing the authorization and payment contract.
WSPay guarantees compliance with all conditions specified by applicable regulations on the protection of personal data for data processors, especially by taking all necessary technical, organizational, and security measures, as confirmed by the PCI DSS L1 certificate.
